SWIPE NOTE / 01
Read one card at a time
A visible card may combine a preview, title, tags, and engagement signals. Treat each element separately: the title summarizes the post, tags organize it, and counters reflect a changing interface state.
The broader OGFap review explains the product boundary. Neither a high counter nor a familiar tag independently verifies origin, identity, or permission.
SWIPE NOTE / 02
Control the scroll
Fast feeds reduce the pause between seeing and opening. Before tapping, notice whether a control stays on ogfap.com or leads elsewhere, and use a browser that exposes the full destination.
On smaller screens, the mobile guide recommends disabling unwanted autoplay and reviewing browser permissions before a long session.
SWIPE NOTE / 03
Reset when context disappears
If a new tab, download prompt, notification request, or unfamiliar hostname appears, stop rather than continuing through momentum. Close unexpected pages and return through a known address.
Use the privacy and safety checklist for warning prompts, permissions, and shared-device cleanup. For intentional topic discovery, the tag guide is a better next step than random tapping.
Common questions about this guide
01What does Hot mean on OGFap?+
It labels the public feed view, but the exact ranking method is not established by the visible page.
02Are engagement counts permanent?+
No. Visible counters are dynamic interface signals and can change.
03Should autoplay require extra software?+
No unknown executable or codec pack should be needed for ordinary browser playback.
